What is the UCO Bank KYC Form?

The UCO Bank KYC form is used to update and collect customer details in compliance with KYC. Customers need to provide their account number, name, identity and address proof, PAN or Form 60, contact details, and other required information for Re-KYC. The related form enables the customers to update their KYC details periodically or report any changes in their information. Non-completion of Re-KYC may lead to blocking of debit transactions.

How to get UCO Bank KYC form?

The UCO Bank KYC Form can be obtained, while opening a savings account:

  • Download Online: Go to the official UCO Bank website to choose the specific form you need (such as the Re-KYC Form for Individuals or self-declarations for changes/no change in address).

  • SMS Method: If there is no change in your previously submitted KYC documents, send an SMS in the format REKYC SAME <DD/MM/YYYY> from your registered mobile number to 09222200799.
  • Offline Submission: Download and print the PDF or complete the form at the branch, attach your self-attested identity, address proofs and post/email it to your branch or visit your bank.

UCO Bank CKYC

UCO Bank is registered with the Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCRR) where the KYC records of customers are stored in digital form. CKYC Identifier (14 digit) is assigned depending on the KYC details provided to the Central KYC Registry. The identifier can be used for KYC purposes across financial institutions authorised by RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and PFRDA, eliminating the need to submit the same KYC documents over and again.

For customers with a savings account, the CKYC Identifier can be checked through the UCO Bank passbook or account statement, UCO Bank mobile app, internet banking, or by giving a missed call to 7799022129.

How to Submit the UCO Bank KYC Form

UCO Bank offers many ways to submit Re-KYC information based on the change of KYC information or no change of KYC information.

  • Through SMS: Send REKYC (Space) SAME (Space) DOB (DD/MM/YYYY) from registered mobile number to 09222200799 if not changing previously given KYC information. For example REKYC SAME 20/08/2026. After successful processing, a return SMS is delivered.
  • Through Email/Post/Courier: All customers can send the necessary declaration & KYC documents to the branch address through email or courier/post.
  • By Visiting a Branch: Customers can fill the relevant KYC form and submit the papers to the nearest or home branch.
  • Via Video KYC: UCO Bank offers Video KYC for qualified customers opening supported accounts. It includes your Aadhaar and PAN verification and communication with an authorised bank official.

UCO Bank offers various options of updating KYC information. Changes in address need an address declaration and proof; other changes need the Re-KYC form and a valid Officially Valid Document (OVD). Customers looking for the best savings account should also consider keeping their KYC details updated as required.

Common Mistakes While Filling the UCO Bank KYC Form

Following are some frequent mistakes to avoid while completing the UCO Bank KYC Form.

Processing Time and Confirmation

UCO Bank’s official Re-KYC page does not mention a regular working hour processing period for Re-KYC. For SMS-based Re-KYC with no changes, a return SMS is sent after successful processing. For other cases, customers can submit the documents through email, post, courier or branch, and the bank processes the information after verification.
