- The policyholder must inform the insurer upon acknowledging the damage or loss caused to a third party.
- The policyholder must file a claim by filing the claim form.
- The claim form can be issued from the insurer.
- The policyholder must provide the required documents asked by the insurer.
- A surveyor shall be appointed by the insurer in order to analyze the extent of the loss.
- The surveyor shall investigate and make a report.
