Who is Insured Under Future Generali Commercial General Liability Insurance?

The following individuals/entities can be insured under this policy-

The individual and their spouse can be covered under this policy but in respect of the conduct of the insured business where the policyholder is the sole owner.

In case the business is a joint venture or in partnership with anyone, then the partners & their spouses can be covered.

For the organization other than a partnership or joint venture, the executive officers and directors can be covered, but only in respect of their duties & responsibilities as the officers or directors.

The stockholders of the organization can be insured but only in respect of their liabilities as stockholders.
