Step 1 – Login to the LIC customer portal by entering the user name and password.
Step 2 - Click on the ‘’Basic Service’ option and then click on Proceed.
Step 3- A new window will open that shows the policies list. Choose the ‘policy schedule’ tab.
Step 4 - Then click on the download option on the left panel side.
Step 5 - Now you can see the image of the policy on the screen.
