How to Pay Property Tax Online in Haryana?

The following steps will help you pay property tax in Haryana:

  • Step 1: Visit the official ULB Haryana portal
    Firstly, locate the 'Generate No-Dues Certificate & Make Payment’ option under the ‘Useful Links’ section and click on it.
  • Step 2: Select your login procedure
    Click on ‘Online Payment', select your user type (citizen/ULB), and log in with your mobile number, PID, or email address.
  • Step 3: Enter the OTP
    You will get a one-time password on your registered communication media.
  • Step 4: Check information about your property
    Choosing the ‘Verify OTP & Submit’ button will take you to a page containing the property details.
  • Step 5: Enter Property ID details
    Go to the ‘Make Payment/Generate NDC' section, insert your property ID, and select the ‘Search’ button.
  • Step 6: Make house tax payment
    Select 'Pay Property Tax', click the ‘Pay Online' button, and enter the one-time password. Some of the following payment methods are given below:

    • Cards (Debit/Credit)
    • Digital Wallet
    • UPI

When is the Due Date to Pay Property Tax in Haryana?

Generally, the end of every financial year (i.e., March 31) is the deadline for property tax in Haryana. However, it is subject to change at the discretion of the concerned authorities.
