Any customer can make LIC online payments. But other services are only available to LIC India registered users. This phone helpline is opened to the customers from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For Saturday, the timings are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Information – LIC plans and benefits, premium, premium points, bonus, policy revival, loan.
  • Services – Customer address change, request for a premium paid certificate, life certificate, and grievance redressal.
  • Assistance – Registration on LIC’s Customer Portal, filling up application forms, registration of mobile number, email, etc.
