Group Mediclaim for FMCG Industry: Claim Process
To raise cashless claim through TPA:
- Go to the TPA desk in the hospital
- Take the pre-authorisation form and fill it up
- Third-party administrator gets the pre-approval from the insurer
- Then insurance company settles the claim
To raise claim for re-imbursement:
- Tell the insurance company within 24 hours of hospitalisation
- Collect all bills, reports and documents
- Within 7 days of discharge, submit the claim form along with the required documents
- After this, insurance company will process the claim
- The amount will get into your account within the seven working days
