Hello policybazaar this is Rahul Malkalpatte here i bought a policy from policybazaar myself and my wife on 4th octomber 2023 my application number is 149199622 and my wife policy application number 149199630 and my policy got issued on 25 november 2023 after issuence of my policy my advisor Vishal Raju Korpe PW43522 is continuesly contact with me and he suggest me go with 5 year limited pay after issuing of my policy and i agreed the offer which he suggest  me and i do the remaining premium payment on the same call.
After doing all the payment my payment not reflecting in policybazaar and maxlife portal and its skill showing amount is due and policy status is lapsed, so i reqested you to update my premium payment details and policy status on your portal.

Failure of very purpose of keeping policybazar in loop

"am consistently telling each and every caller i am getting, for resolving my query. Everybody says that he will put up my query and raise in system or will arrange callback. Yet i dint get any response regarding it. My medical was done in last month only and received feedback that, it is alright and now will proceed further. After one and half month, i am asked to do TMT test again, without any supportive reason, though i personally know, being a doctor that my last TMT report mentions of normal and negative report. I hav asked for reason to every one calling me for update. Till now no reply. Client gets atleast 4-5 calls from ur different fellows, but not of any help of client. As no one is in capacity to resolve query and reply sensibly. Everyone keeps saying, that it was not me, and some other department is looking into it. Now i am adviced by one fellow of urs, to contact Maxcare office and team, directly. If it is so, then what policybazar is doing in the middle, and what is it meant for? I would have to putforth this to ombudsman and IRDA to bring such behaviour to limelight. Thanks for all ur kind and supportive teams... Dr. Manish Patil"
