Inclusion & Exclusion in Fire Insurance for Non-Hazardous Goods Storage

Here are the inclusions and exclusions of fire insurance for non-hazardous goods storage:

Any damage or loss caused due to fire is covered. Any loss or damage caused by any nuclear peril stored in the Non-hazardous Goods Storage is will not be covered.
Loss or damage caused due to lightning that cracks or damages the roof of the Non-hazardous Goods Storage will be covered. Any loss or damage caused due to short circuit will not be covered.
Any loss or damage caused due to explosion will be covered. Any loss or damage cause due to war or civil war etc. will not be covered.
Any loss or damage caused due to an aircraft crash or any items dropped from an aircraft causing damage to the Goods Storage will be covered. Any loss or damage caused to the products stored in the Non-hazardous Goods Storage due to temperature change will not be covered. 
Any loss or damage caused to the Non-hazardous Goods Storage during a terrorist attack will be covered. Any loss or damage caused due to earthquake or volcanic eruption etc will not be covered but there are add-on available that you can purchase separately for extra coverage.
Any loss or damage caused by bush fire if the Non-hazardous Goods Storage is surrounded with bush fire will be covered. No cover will be provided for the loss in the market or share market of the company.
In case the water tank overflows or burst out, the insurer will provide cover for it.  In case any item is stolen from the Non-hazardous Goods Storage then there will be no coverage provided but there are add-ons available that you can purchase separately.
Natural calamity like storm, landslide, etc that caused damage to the Non-hazardous Goods Storage will be covered. The policy will not provide cover for anything that is not mentioned in the policy coverage list.
