Skill India Mission was announced on 15th July, 2015 by the Prime Minister of India. The main aim of the mission is to impart people the skills which are relevant to their field of work so that they can be employable. The mission focus on training youth, reducing the education and job mismatch, and promoting entrepreneurship to make India a skilled and self-reliant nation through the Skill India development mission.
Skill Training: The Skill India Mission's goal is to give young people practical, job-ready skills that will make them more employable and help India become self-reliant.
