"Hi PB Team, My policy was never rejected by any insurer. I already have one Term Insurance policy by ICICI covering critical and term illness with value 1 Cr (This was declared while filling MaxLife TI plan).While applying for Max Life policy I came across the form where the asked (now) information was there as uneditable and I have replied to this (Policy in Force, not rejected). I would say it's technical problem as I mentioned my policy was never rejected by any insurer. BTW this is my second policy after ICICI. Kindly find attached existing policy detail which is in force and use this as only my personal declarative purpose. "Hi,Please find the decline reason by other insurer (Tata Axa)“The previous insurance company did not decline my application and had just postponed it as I had undergone a routine cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) surgery in June 2022 just few months before applying for the term insurance. This was likely done as part of their standard medical evaluation process, to ensure full recovery before offering coverage. The surgery itself was a common and straightforward procedure with no complications. I believe this decision to postpone was precautionary and did not indicate any underlying health concerns. It has been more than 2 years since the surgery and my recovery has been smooth, and I am in good health now. Therefore, I believe this was a temporary, routine measure. Thanks”"

"The customer service is so unsupportive Most of them don't know what stamp duty is. They just keep repeating what si told to them. It's so bad. Most of them are rude and inconsiderate. Customer care is about resolution and customer satisfaction but oh my god, I genuinely don't even want to come back Every day of the month I have to deal with people who aren't nice and terrible"
