Who would you like to insure?
Zuno General Insurance MD & CEO, Shanai Ghosh, said that the company will soon launch a digital OPD health product along with a product called the ‘Simplest Health Insurance’. The OPD plan will provide coverage for outpatient expenses of the insured and its launch will be timed with World Health Day on April 7.
On the other hand, Zuno Simplest Health Insurance aims to simplify the health insurance buying experience for customers. The plan will clearly specify the offered coverage, payable premium payable and guaranteed claim amount. This will answer all the questions of the customers and make it easy for them to make a buying decision.
Ghosh believes that multiple health plans available in the market with a range of add-ons are overwhelming people in India. This is one of the major reasons for the under-penetration of the health insurance market in India. With Zuno Simplest Health Insurance, the customers would clearly know what is covered, what will they get and how much they have to pay.
Since Zuno recently rebranded itself bringing focus on digital-driven plans and creativity, it plans to gradually add more digital wellness and health services to its mobile application, Ghosh added.
