To avail the benefits of your ZUNO health insurance policy it is important to notify the insurer at least 72 hours before a planned hospitalization. In the event of an emergency hospitalization, it is required to intimate the insurer within 48 hours of hospitalization or before the discharge date whichever is earlier.
