    Start adding more fruits and vegetables in your daily intake of diet. Fruits and vegetables are high in antioxidants and fiber. The intake of sufficient fiber will keep you full and will help reducing the risk of overeating.

    Keep Yourself Active Throughout

    It is most important to avoid a sedentary lifestyle. Rather keep yourself engage in minor physical activities such as walking, running, aerobics, going to the gym to prevent the risk of obesity.
