Free Look Period: In case of Individual Janata Personal Accident policy, the insured will be allowed a period of at least 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy to review the terms and conditions of the policy and to return the same if not acceptable.
Portability: Members covered under any Group Janata personal accident policy of a non‐life insurance company shall have the right to migrate from such a policy to an Individual Janata personal accident policy with the same insurer.
Termination: If the policy holder wishes to cancel this policy he/she should give the company 15 days notices in writing. The company shall refund balance premium after retaining premium, which will computed as per the following-
