      How To Protect Yourself And Others?

      One of the primary precautions is to wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water, especially after coughing, sneezing, being in a public place, or touching a possibly contaminated surface.

      • In case you do not have soap and water available, you can use a hand sanitizer that contains 60% or 70% alcohol
      • Refrain from touching your nose, eyes, and mouth without washing or sanitizing your hands
      • Avoid close contact with any sick person, as some people can be asymptomatic and show no symptoms, getting in close touch with them can infect you with the virus
      • Avoid any non-essential travel and stay within your home until it’s an emergency to step outside

      Who Is at A Higher Risk of Catching Coronavirus?

      As per the CDC reports older adults, people who are live in a healthcare facility, and individuals with the following conditions are also a at a higher risk of getting infected with COVID-19:

      • Individuals with underlying medical conditions related to lungs, heart, liver disease, asthma, diabetes, obesity, etc.
      • Patients undergoing dialysis, and chemotherapy
      • People with weakened immune system, including cancer patients, smokers, and those with other immune compromised medical conditions

      • Stay indoors and avoid non-essential travels
