For Retail Health Insurance Product

Step 1: Go to the official website of the Kotak Mahindra General Insurance Company. Select Health Insurance Claims

Step 2:  Click on it and it will redirect you to the Claim Service page

Step 3: Here you need to login into their TPA by visiting the website fhpl.net

Now you need to click on ‘Logins’ given on the top-right hand side of the home page

Step 4: If you have a Retail Health Insurance Product like Individual health insurance, family health insurance, etc.

Step 5: Click on Individual/ Retailers

Step 6: To log in to the portal, you need to provide the following information

Username- Username will be your UHID

Password- Your password will be your date of birth and the format will be DD/MM/YYYY

For Group Health Insurance Product (Serviced by FHPL)

Login into their TPA by visiting the website fhpl.net

Now click on ‘Logins’ given on the top-right hand side of the home page

Now Select Employee/ e-card

Now you can log in with the following information:

Login username- It goes like Empid@Corporatename (if employee ID is 34567 and the corporate name is Kotak Mahindra General Insurance. So, your user ID in, that case, would be 34567@KMGI)

Login password- It will be your date of birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format) or password that is sent to your official email id during Enrollment. You can also reset it by clicking on forgot password

Steps to Check the Kotak Health Insurance Claim Status Offline

To check your Kotak health insurance policy claim status you can also visit the insurer’s office or email them.  Here some of the ways how it can be done:

Visit the Branch Office- Though most of the policyholders prefer to initiate claims online and also check the status online. A few still prefer to personally visit the Insurance Company’s office and check their policy claim status.
