For cashless claims i.e. health insurance claims where the insurance provider settles the claims directly with the hospital; the insured needs to take the treatment in a network hospital. To know how to register for cashless claims with Liberty Health Insurance check the steps as given below:
Step 1: Within 24 hours of hospital admission, you need to inform Liberty General Insurance’s TPA. For Senior Citizens, you can intimate the TPA at their Senior Citizen helpline number. When lodging your claim do mention your membership number given on your health card.
Step 2: Go to the Insurance Company’s Hospital/TPA Helpdesk and Fill the first section of the cashless claim request form and hand over the signed Pre-Authorization form to them to fill in the remaining details. Step 3: You need to fax the cashless claim request form with medical records to the Hospital to initiate the claim settlement process.
