    Cooling-off Period

     1 day for accidents

     30 days for other illnesses

    Waiting Period for Pre-existing Diseases

     36 months for Supreme Plan

     48 months for Premier Plan

    Deductible: Rs 3/4/5/7.5 Lakh

    d. Sum Insured: Rs 10 Lakh
    Deductible: Rs 5/7.5/10 Lakh

    e. Sum Insured: Rs 15 Lakh
    Deductible: Rs 5/10 Lakh

    f. Sum Insured: Rs 20 Lakh
    Deductible: Rs 5/10/15 Lakh

    g. Sum Insured: Rs 25 Lakh
    Deductible: Rs 10/15/20 Lakh

    Inclusions of Cholamandalam Healthline Super top-up Plan

    Cholamandalam Super Top-up Healthline plan provides the following coverage benefits to the policyholders-

    • Room rent and Boarding charges, ICU Charges, Doctor’s Fees, surgery, anaesthesia, nursing charges, and oxygen charges are covered
    • Organ Donor Expenses are claimable as well
    • Expenses incurred towards Emergency Ambulance
    • Domiciliary Hospitalisation Expenses
    • AYUSH Treatment expense cover
    • 141 day care procedures/ surgeries are covered up to Sum Insured

    Exclusions of Cholamandalam Healthline Super top-up plan

    Cholamandalam health super top-up policy does not cover the following expenses:

    • Unproven/experimental treatment
    • Any treatments or medical investigation done outside India
    • Psychiatric, mental disorders
    • Congenital anomaly/illness/diseases/conditionswhich are external
    • HIV or AIDS-related treatment
    • Lasik Laser or Refractive Error Correction treatment
    • Treatment arising from or traceable to pregnancy
    • Dental treatment or surgery unless arisen due to accident and requires hospitalization
    • Treatment for ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel
    • Treatment taken in ‘excluded’ hospitals updated on the company website from time to time
