The online option provides customers to check their policy status over the internet on the insurer’s official website or the insurer mobile app, Khushi App. Customers need to have valid credentials of the insurance company and check their policy status.
Users can access the official PNB MetLife website and follow the following steps to get information about their policy status:
The Policyholder will find the option for Customer Login on the website home page.
Click on the Customer Login option. It will ask to enter the Login ID and Password. After entering the information, proceed with the 'Submit' option.
If the correct credentials are entered, the Policyholder will see and get all policy-related information on the following screen. One can view the PNB MetLife premium payment info, policy status, etc.
During the course of entering the credentials, it may be a possibility that the insured may enter an incorrect login id or password or both, or they may forget the credentials. PNB MetLife provides its customers with the opportunity to reset the credentials and login easily again. Here is the procedure:
If the Policyholder forgets Login ID, they need to click on the option “Forgot Login ID” on the page.
It will ask the individual to fill in their Customer Id, phone number, or email address. The insurer service will send the new Login ID and other details to the Policyholder's Email ID.
Individuals can enter the new Login Id and reset their password to log in again and check their policy status.
In case the policyholder is unable to remember his password for login, they need to click on the tab for "Forgot Password."
It will ask the user to enter the User Name and the related email Id. Next, it will ask a Security Question and request the user to provide the Security Answer. They can click on the button that says: Submit.
If the user's information is correct, they will get a link to reset their password at their registered Email Id.
One can do a password reset with this link sent by the insurer to the Email Id.
New users have to first register on the PNB MetLife website. They need to click on the option that says ‘User Registration. '
They will be asked to fill in the Customer Id and their username. Post this, they will be asked to enter policy number and other details like Email ID, DOB, and mobile phone number. They will then provide a Security Question with a Security Answer.
New users get registered once the above information is entered.

They need to provide the policy number and other details to the Customer Care representative on the phone or the IVR. The PNB MetLife policyholders can also send an SMS as “SMS MET HELP” to the 5607071 number. An insurance representative will call back and provide the complete policy details and the policy status.
