To make it easier you can now file your claims online, through Royal Sundaram General Insurance ‘Notify Claims Online" facility.  You can intimate the insurer for any of your health insurance claims from the comfort of your home.

      Easy Steps for registering your Claims Online:

      To notify your claims you can go to Royal Sundaram’s Notify Claims online page and select the relevant Health/Hospital Cash Claim Notification Form

      Details need to be entered in the claim notification form:

      • Name of the insured
      • Policy Number/ Cover note
      • Email
      • Contact details like Mobile Number, Residency phone number, office phone no., Address, etc.
      • Enter your date of admission into the hospital
      • Enter the date of discharge from the hospital
      • Enter the hospital name
      • Enter the place of the hospital
      • Enter the nature of the ailment
      • Enter the estimated claim amount
      • There will be a text verification box
      • Once it’s done you can submit it

      Once it’s submitted their health insurance claims team will get in touch with you and guide you through the claim procedure. You can also go through the claim process mentioned on the insurer’s website or go to Policybazaar.com. You can also speak to our claim team to resolve your claim-related queries and get everything done online.

      To submit the physical documents you can follow the process as given below:

      • Download the health claim form online and request for a call
      • Fill up the claim form and send it to their Health Claims Department at the address given below:

      Please note that acceptance of claim intimation does not ensure claim admissibility. Your health insurance claim will only be processed as per the policy terms and conditions. And if there is any claim related to excluded hospital list then it won’t be approved.
