    Key features and benefits–

    • Any person whose hospitalization exceeding 24 hours up to 180 days will get a daily benefit of Rs.500 to Rs.1000.
    • Cash benefit is provided i.e. Rs 1000  daily up to 180 days.
    • Rs 2000 Cash benefit is provided in the case of hospitalisation due to accident.
    • The cover is applicable for 180 days during the policy tenure.
    • Flexibility to choose from 2 different plans.
    • Under Sec. 80 D of Income Tax Act, the premium paid is exempt from Income Tax.
    • Discount of up to 10% on insuring 3 or more family members.

    Policy Details –

    Sum Insured –



    • Coverage type – Individual/family.
    • Maximum Benefit Duration- 180 days.
    • For each completed period of 24 hours of hospitalisation daily cash benefit is provided.
    • The policy can be bought for self, spouse, dependent parents; dependent children from the age of 1 year to 65 years and the policy can be renewed lifelong.
    • Policy termination - Policyholder is allowed to terminate the policy at any time by giving a 15 day written notice. In case no claim has been made under the policy, percentage of premium will be refunded.
    • Free look period- If you are not happy with the coverage, and terms and conditions of the policy, you have the option of cancelling the policy within 15 days of receipt of the policy documents, no claim has been made.

    Documents Required

    The proposer has to fill up an ‘Application form/ proposal form’ with accurate medical history along with the address proof. Medical examination may be required in some cases, based on the sum assured and the age of the person.
