  1. Third-Party Injury or Death

    If the insured gets involved in a collision that causes injury or death to a third party, the hospitalization expenses and the various other medical costs will be borne by the insurance company. The compensation is to be provided to the third party or its nominee, as decided by the court of law. The insurance company will cover the permanent or partial injury caused to the third party or even the death of the third party.

  2. Third-Party Property Damage

    If an insured involves in a mishap and causes damage to the third party property damage. The third-party insurance offers to cover up to ₹ 1 lahks in case of third-party property damage.
