    If you want to register a claim with Future Generali Health Insurance, the process goes as follows:

    Claim intimation

    • Fill the Future General Health Insurance Claim form
    • Attach the Medical certificate issued by the Hospital along with your bank account details
    • Submit it at the nearest Future Generali India Insurance Company’s branch

    Claim Processing

    • The insurance company will appoint a claim specialist who will assess your claim request
    • If any further information is required the insurer will call you or intimate the same via letter or SMS

    Claim Decision

    • Once all the documents are received and verification is done, the insurer will give its final decision within 10 days and the same will be communicated to you
    • For a speedy payout of the claims the insurer settles the amount through direct credit to the claimant's account
