      Adults: B/w the age group of 18 years & 65 years with a lifetime renewal option

      Children: B/w the age group of 6 years & 25 years can be insured if parents are also covered in the Future Generali health insurance plan

      Maximum Sum Insured

      • For adults in the age group of 18 years to 45 years- Sum insured from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 50 lakh
      • For adults in the age group of 46 years to 65 years- Sum insured from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 20 lakh

      Pre Acceptance Medical Tests

      A medical test is not required if the insured declared no adverse health condition on the proposal form. If the applicant is within the age group of 45 years and the sum insured is Rs 5 lakh, a pre-medical test is not required

      • Age over 46 years: Require medical tests and 50% of the test charges are reimbursed for the insured members
      • Medical Report validity: The medical reports are valid for 30 days from the day of tests were done in any of the insurer’s empanelled Diagnostic Centre

      Future Generali critical illness policy offers the following coverage benefits to the policyholder:

      Floater Benefit

      Under this critical illness insurance plan you can get yourself, your family, and 2 dependent parents, and up to 2 dependent children up to the age of 2-years insured under a single sum insured amount.

      Lumpsum Benefit

      Get a lump sum benefit upon diagnosis of a critical illness or condition to get the necessary treatment.

      12 Illnesses Covered With Tax Benefits

      Get insured against 12 critical illnesses. The premium paid is exempt under section 80 D of the Income Tax Act.

      Future Generali critical illness health insurance claims are usually settled within 14 days provided all the documents/information is submitted on time.  

      30 Days for Renewal

      You get a 30 days grace period for renewal starting from the policy expiry date.

      Future Generali Criticare Critical Illness Plan: Coverage Provided

      Future Generali critical illness plans provide lump sum benefits in case of diagnosis of any of the critical illnesses in the Criti Care policy. This is subjected to a waiting period of 90 days from the policy commencement date and a survival period of 28 days from the date of start of procedure or diagnosis.

      • Liver failure
      • Cancer
      • Kidney failure that needs regular dialysis
      • Primary pulmonary arterial hypertension
      • Permanent symptoms of multiple sclerosis

      The Surgical procedure of:

      • Bone marrow/major organ  transplant
      • Open chest CABG (coronary artery bypass graft)

      First-time occurrences such as:

      • Total blindness
      • Stroke with permanent symptoms
      • Coma of specified severity
      • First heart attack
