      The policy covers expenses incurred on signs or symptoms of any critical illness that has been diagnosed after 90 days of the policy commencement of date. For the claim to be admissible the policyholder needs to survive for a minimum of 30 days from the date of diagnosis of such critical illnesses.

      Eligibility Criteria for the Proposer

      To buy this health insurance policy following eligibility Criteria needs to be met:

      • You need to be a resident of India
      • The entry age of the applicant should be 18 years and can go up to the age of 65 years
      • Minimum Entry Age Required: 5 years as on the last birthday
      • Maximum Entry Age : 65 years as on the last birthday
      • Policy Term- 1/2/3 years
      • Pre-medical Screening- For individuals above the age of 55-years. The tests required are Complete Blood Sugar, Creatinine, Urine Routine, ESR, Blood Group, Fasting, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, SGPT, etc. the number of tests may increase as per the sum insured opted
      • Members who can be Covered- Self, spouse, parents, & parents-in-law

      The coverage provided is up to the Sum Insured limit as selected under the policy:

      • Open Chest CABG
      • Major Organ /Bone Marrow Transplant
      • Specified Severity Cancer
      • Kidney Failure requiring regular dialysis
      • First Heart Attack of specified severity
      • Open Heart Replacement
      • Specified severity coma
      • Stroke with permanent symptoms
      • Permanent symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis
      • Permanent Symptoms of Motor Neurone Disease
      • Permanent Paralysis of Limbs
