  • Step 2: Universal Sompo General Insurance Company will appoint an inspection to proceed with an assessment. The inspector will confirm the facts about the accident and the damages that occurred to the insured's two-wheeler.
  • Step 3: The insurance holder can access free towing through the insurer to drop the two-wheeler at a nearby garage that is not on the insurer's network. You need to pay for the entire damage repair and other maintenance. You can keep the receipt or any bills to later submit to the insurer for reimbursement.
  • Step 4: The insurer can apply for reimbursement after deductions of volunteer deductibles. The insurer will accept the claim and reimburse the expense after the necessary deduction, including the voluntary deductible.
