How to Avail Learner's Licence Services?
A learner's licence is a document that allows you to learn to drive under the supervision of a permanent DL holder. It is valid for six months, but you can apply for a permanent DL after 30 days of its issuance. Here is how you can avail LL services on Parivahan Sewa:
