Fill and submit the PUC application form.
Park the vehicle as asked by the operator.
Allow the operator to test your vehicle's emission levels by placing a device in the vehicle's exhaust pipe.
After the test is completed, pay the prescribed fee to collect your PUC certificate from the operator. You can also download your pollution certificate by logging in to the PUC Parivahan webpage.

Step 4. Click 'PUC Details' after entering the Captcha code.
Step 5. Your vehicle's PUC certificate will be displayed. You can now download it from the portal.
How to Check PUC Certificate Expiry Online on Parivahan?
After you have downloaded your Himachal Pradesh PUC certificate, you can check its expiry date, along with other details like emission test readings and vehicle registration number.
