Click on 'Proceed' and then select the 'Application for Duplicate RC' icon.
Type your vehicle registration number and the chassis number ( last 5 digits)
Click on 'Verify Details'.
Once documents are uploaded you may pay the fee online
You will receive your duplicate RC.
You can also go to your nearest RTO to submit an application for a duplicate RC offline. Provide all the essential documents and pay the fee. You will receive your duplicate Bihar RC after your application has been processed.
