Open the Parivahan Sewa website.
Go to 'Online Services'.
Click 'Vehicle Related Services' and select 'Meghalaya'.
After entering your 'Registration Number' and selecting your 'RTO', click on 'Proceed'.
Click on 'Application for Duplicate RC'.
Type in the required details, such as the vehicle's registration number and the last five digits of the vehicle's chassis number.
Click 'Verify Details.'
Authenticate details either through an OTP or Aadhaar details.
Select the reason for applying for the duplicate RC.
Pay the application fee for obtaining a duplicate RC in Meghalaya.
Submit the required documents and schedule an appointment with the RTO for vehicle inspection.
After a successful inspection, you will receive your duplicate RC in Meghalaya.
