To obtain your Mizoram vehicle registration certificate, you need to follow these steps:
After buying your vehicle, collect the receipt from your dealership.
Visit your nearest RTO or log in to the Parivahan Sewa website to register your vehicle.
Submit all the required documents with your application form, Form 21.
Pay the required fee after your vehicle passes the inspection to get your Mizoram vehicle RC.

You can get a duplicate RC if you have lost your original vehicle RC by following the steps mentioned below:
Go to 'Online Services' on the Parivahan Sewa page.
Click 'Vehicle Related Services' and select 'Mizoram'.
Tap on 'Proceed' after entering your 'Registration Number' and selecting your RTO.
Click 'Application for Duplicate RC'.
Fill in the required details, such as the vehicle registration number and the last five digits of the chassis number.
Click 'Verify Details' and verify either through your Aadhaar card or an OTP.
Now, select the reason for applying for the duplicate RC.
Pay the application fee for obtaining a duplicate RC in Mizoram.

Go to the 'Online Services' tab.
Click 'Vehicle Related Services' and select 'Mizoram'.
Enter your 'Registration Number', select the RTO and click 'Proceed'.
Go to the 'Status/Information Services' tab.
From the dropdown, click 'Know Your Application Status'.
Enter your 'Application Number' or 'Vehicle Registration Number'.
Enter the CAPTCHA and click 'Submit'.
Your vehicle RC status will be displayed.
Currently, you cannot check your Mizoram vehicle RC status through the mParivahan App. You can only check your vehicle RC details on the app after your vehicle RC has been issued by the concerned authority. You need to enter your vehicle registration number, the last five digits of its chassis and engine number to get your virtual RC.
