• Step 3: Provide the vehicle registration number and the last five digits of the chassis number.
• Step 4: Generate an OTP and verify your registered mobile number.
• Step 5: Choose the option for "Application for No Objection Certificate" and fill out Form 28.
• Step 6: Enter details of the state or RTO jurisdiction where the vehicle is proposed to be transferred.
• Step 7: Upload scanned copies of the required documents.
• Step 8: Complete the online fee payment process.

Once your application, Form 28, is approved, you can easily download your NOC from the Parivahan Sewa portal using the steps below:

• Visit the vehicle related services tab on the official Parivahan Sewa homepage.
• Select your state and you will be redirected to the Vahan portal.
• Select the “Download Document” tab from the navigation bar.
• Choose “Print No Objection Certificate(NOC)/NO Dues” and enter your registration and application number.
• Click on submit and print your no objection certificate.

What is the Validity of a No Objection Certificate?

A Vehicle NOC is generally valid for six months from the date of issue. During this period, the vehicle owner should complete the re-registration process with the concerned RTO. If the validity period expires before re-registration, you will need to apply for a fresh no objection certificate.
