      • Step 2: Go to the 'Online Services' tab and click on 'Permit Related Services'.
      • Step 3: Pick your state. Now, enter your registration number, last 5 digits of your chassis number and captcha code. To continue click on 'Proceed'.
      • Step 4: You will see your partial mobile number on your screen. Now, click 'Generate OTP'.
      • Step 5: Enter the OTP and click 'Login' and then 'Proceed'.
