    Key Benefits:

    • Flexibility to choose from various sum insured options i.e. Rs. 1 lakh, Rs. 3 lakh, Rs. 5 lakh and Rs. 10 lakh.
    • Waiting period of 90 days from the date of inception of the policy
    • Survival period of 30 days from date of diagnosis

    Coverage:

    Following are the 11 critical illnesses covered by the policy:

    • First heart attack
    • Heart valve replacement
    • Cancer of specified severity
    • Kidney failure
    • Coma of specified severity
    • Coronary artery surgery
    • Major organ transplant or bone marrow transplant
    • Permanent paralysis of limbs
    • Multiple sclerosis
    • Stroke resulting in permanent symptoms
    • Motor neurone disease with permanent symptoms

    Exclusions

    The policy does not cover critical illnesses caused due to following reasons:

    • Attempted suicide or
    • Alcohol or drug abuse
    • Disease caused due to HIV/AIDS infection
    • Contamination by radioactivity from nuclear waste
