    One of the oldest theme parks in India, no 90’s kid can forget the memorable ad of this theme park. Exclusively a water park, this place also boasts of an ice skating rink other than its variety of thrilling rides that are too many to try at one go.

    India’s second amusement park also has an aqua dome coupled with many innovative rides like Monsters in the Mist Dark Ride and 30 other ways to have fun! Apart from the rides, there is also a bowling alley along with an Aquadrome dance floor which never stops people from going back to this place.

    2. Imagica Adlabs, Lonavala

    One of India's best hi-tech and big-budget theme parks, this theme park has been functioning since 2013. Modeled on Universal Studios, this place boasts of over 20 themed rides and also has the country's largest roller coaster.

    There are also theme restaurants and cafes for relaxation. With the opening of the snow park in 2016, this place has become a popular attraction for families. You can also visit the famous Snow Park and the Aqua Magica water park.

    3. Appu Ghar, Gurugram

    India's first amusement park, this place holds special significance for many since 1984. Commemorating the 1982 Asian Games and its hit mascot 'Appu', also became the mascot of the park. This million square foot water bark has a beach theme and is next to the famous Huda City Center. It offers about 15 water rides and can easily accommodate up to 2,000 guests.

    4. Wonder La Water Park, Bangalore

    This park is among the most modern parks in India. It's clean and has a variety of attractions with more than 50 rides. Out of these, 12 are water-based and even have special rides to cater to smaller children.

    One of the highlights is the Rain Disco which is popular among families. There is also an indoor dance floor with psychedelic laser lights and choreographed music. It also became the first Indian amusement park to get a COVID-safe certification for which the place will be assessed every four months.

    5. Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad

    6. Nicco Park, Kolkata

    Also dubbed as the 'Disneyland of West Bengal', this place is visited by a large number of people throughout the year. Nikko's waterpark, Wet-O-Wild, is one of the cleanest and best-maintained areas of the park. There are several options for people on a pocket-friendly budget, making sure it can be visited by a lot of people under budget.

    This is also a green park; that is, it functions entirely on solar energy and causes no pollution.
