      Steps to Check the United India Health Insurance Claim Status Online

      All those who have filed health insurance claims with United India Health Insurance and want to track their policy claim status can do so through the website of their TPA. The steps that you need to follow are given below:

      Step 1- Visit the United India Health Insurance Company’s TPA Partner i.e. Health India Insurance TPA Services.

      Step 2- Here is the website address: www.healthindiatpa.com. On their home page, you need to log in by providing the following information in the given tabs:

      • Name of the Insurance Company
      • Policy Number
      • Password using one of the options i.e. Date of Birth
        Customer Reference No.
        TPA Health Id, Claim No, Previous Policy No
      • Enter TPA Healthindia ID and Login

      Step 3- After logging in you will find the ‘Claim Status Tab’ as you scroll down the page

      Step 4- Once you click on it, it will direct you to this page https://www.healthindiatpa.com/CustomerCorner/ClaimStatus.aspx

      Step 5- Know your LIVE Claim status on this page, but first select from the ‘Retail’ or ‘Corporate Policy’ option

      Step 6- On the right-hand side you will find the date of discharge column, here you enter your date of discharge from the hospital

      Step 6- Now Enter Submit

      Step 7- Now, you can check your United India Health Insurance Policy claim status on this page
