Applicant's Passport

Must be issued within the last 10 years, valid for a minimum of 3 months beyond the requested visa's expiry date, and have a minimum of 2 blank pages. No changes or handwritten notes on the data page.

Photograph as per Croatia Work Visa Photo Requirements

Provide a recent (within the last 3 months) colour photo sized 35 x 45 mm, with a neutral expression, eyes open, and mouth closed. If wearing a head covering for religious or medical reasons, ensure cheeks, chin, and forehead are visible.

Croatia Travel Health Insurance
