The company has also set up an SMS service for new individuals and NRI customers who wish to learn more about HDFC Standard Life insurance products. Customers can send a pre-written SMS message to a specific number to get information about the various life insurance products available. To use this option, send the text "LIFE" to 56161 from your mobile phone.
If you want to buy an HDFC Standard Life insurance policy but can't reach the customer service team by phone, you can now request a callback to get the information. To use this option, just go to the HDFC Standard Life website and click on "Contact Us." When you get there, find the "Have Us Call You" section and click on "Get A Call Back."
