For Registered Users:
Step 1: Go to the HDFC Life Insurance website and click the login button.
Step 2: Select ‘Customer’ and choose ‘Individual’ or ‘NRI’.
Step 3: Log in using your registered Email ID, mobile number, policy ID, or Client ID along with your DoB.
Step 4: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email.
Step 5: Once logged in, check your HDFC Life policy status.
For New Users:
Step 1: Go to the HDFC Life Insurance website and click the login button.
Step 2: Click on ‘Customer’ and choose either ‘Individual’ or ‘NRI’.
Step 3: On the login page, enter your registered mobile number, email address, and date of birth.
Step 4: Enter the OTP sent to your email or mobile to log in.
Step 5: Check your HDFC Term Insurance policy status.
Term Plans
Via Mobile Application:
To check your HDFC Term Insurance policy status using the mobile app, follow these steps:
Step 1: Download the HDFC Life Insurance app from the Play Store.
Step 2: Open the app and go to ‘My Account’ on the home page.
Step 3: Log in by clicking ‘Proceed’ on the login screen.
Step 4: Sign in with your details.
Step 5: Tap on ‘My Policy’ and then select ‘Policy Summary’ to view your policy status and details.
To check your HDFC Term Insurance Policy Status offline, you can use the following methods:
Visit Nearest Branch: Go to the closest HDFC branch with your policy documents.
WhatsApp: Message the company at +91 82918 90569.
Contact Number: Call 1860 267 9999 (Mon-Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM).
SMS: Text "POLICY" to 5676727.
Email: For general queries, email service@hdfclife.com. If you're an NRI, email nriservice@hdfclife.com.
