Visit the official website of HDFC Life www.hdfclife.com
In case you want to check the status of your policy, you will be required to navigate to customer service>policy servicing.
You will be redirected to the Policy Status window, click on my policy button.
Since you are a new user click on 'register as a new user.'
The registration is free of cost so you don't have to worry about sharing any financial details. In order to register, you will need to mention your policy number and your date of birth.
Once you click on submit you will receive an OTP on our registered mobile number.
You have to set a secret question to secure your account.
Then set a strong password.
Now you can log in and check your HDFC Life insurance policy status at your convenience.

HDFC Life Policy Status Update for Registered Users

Visit the official website of HDFC Life www.hdfclife.com
Click on login on the box which appears on the home page.
Use your client ID, email Id or contact number to log in.
You will be required to answer your security question.
Then you will receive a One Time Password on your mobile number at the last step.
Click submit. Now you can access your account and check your policy status.
