7. Cover Letter - Provide a letter on your employer's original letterhead with your employment details (position, length of service) and other information as mentioned in the invitation letter)
8. Proof of Subsistence -
   • Last 3 month's bank statements of the company (if they are paying for your travel cost).
   • Salary slips.
   • Last 3 months' personal bank statements.
   • Proof of Income Tax Return from the last 2 years.
9. Overseas Travel Medical Insurance -
   • Minimum coverage – EUR 30,000

Long-Stay Visa

Here's a comprehensive list of the documents required for a Long-Stay Visa for Luzembourg:

1. Application Form - Signed and completed form with all details including the employer's information.
2. Passport -
   • With at least three months validity after the scheduled return date and two blank pages.

   • Copies of your passport's front and last page.

• A Declaration of Arrival is to be made to the census office of the communal administration in your new place of residence in Luxembourg.
• You must undergo a medical examination by an authorised doctor or practitioner in Luxembourg, a Tuberculosis (TB) screening at a medical analysis laboratory & apply for a residence permit.
