As of 15 July 2024, Thailand has included India in the list of countries eligible for a visa on arrival. Indian tourists will receive their single-entry visa on arrival at the Thai immigration checkpoint after paying a fee of 2,000 TBH (approximately INR 5,450) if their trip duration is 15 days or less.

Thailand typically does not charge any extra amount for visa cancellation. However, your visa fee is non-refundable even if you choose to withdraw your Thailand e-visa application. If you applied for a Thailand visa through VFS Global, Thailand's official visa application centre in India, you might receive a refund of the service fees. You have to cancel the services at least three days before the visa appointment date.
