Bajaj Allianz Critical Illness policy offers a sum insured amount up to Rs 50 Lakh for 10 critical illnesses. The pre-medical test would be based on the age of the policyholder, sum insured opted and the adverse health declaration on the proposal form. There can be a loading of minimum 10% to a maximum 150% on the standard premium rates depending upon the health status of the insured and declarations on the proposal form.
The policy covers 20 critical illnesses including kidney failure requiring regular dialysis. For critical illnesses a 60 days of waiting period is required along with 30 days survival period. The policy also covers genetic disorders after a waiting period of 48 months.
It gives you a lump sum if diagnosed with any of the listed illness including kidney failure without any hospitalization bill to help manage critical illness expenses, as well as other financial commitments, comfortably. It is suitable for people up to 65 years. You can select from the sum insured options of Rs 3 Lakh, Rs 5Lakh, & Rs 10 Lakh. Future Generali Critical Illness Insurance health plan covers kidney failure requiring dialysis on a regular basis. The sum insured amount ranges from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 20 lakh for individuals between the age group of 46 years to 65 years old. For adults between 18 years and 45 years old the sum insured limit is Rs 50 Lakh. Along with kidney failure, it also covers cancer, liver failure, and total blindness for the first time, bone marrow transplant, etc. it requires a waiting period of 90 days and survival period of 28 days.
This plan provides a lump sum benefit amount after survival of 30 days. It covers up to 15 critical illnesses and offers an option of one or two-year policy coverage period. With lifelong renewability, this policy pays the lump sum amount on the first diagnosis of any of the critical illnesses, which are covered. There may be a pre-policy check-up depending on the age of the proposer.
The policy covers 37 critical illnesses including kidney failure requiring regular dialysis. You can get coverage for yourself, spouse, 4 children, and parents. The policy tenure ranges from 1 year to 2 years. Second opinion benefit cover is also provided to the insured.
It covers 11 critical illnesses including Kidney failure, Cancer, Coma, Stroke, Permanent limb paralysis, major organ transplant, motor neuron disease, bone marrow transplant, multiple sclerosis with persisting symptoms. Non-allopathic treatment like Ayurveda, homeopathy, Unani, and Siddha are recompensed as well.
This is a critical illness policy that covers cancer, kidney failure, brain tumor, etc. The insurer pays for kidney dialysis up to the specified limit. Any between 18 years and above can buy this policy for 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years. The insured can renew it for a lifetime.
It offers coverage against 20 major critical illnesses including dialysis for kidney failure treatment and offers direct claim settlement facility. The policy covers up to 11 critical illnesses and provides second opinion benefit as well. Critical illnesses can be claimed after 90 days of waiting period is completed post policy purchase date. Expenses incurred on kidney failure treatment requiring regular dialysis are recompensed.
United India UNI Criticare health insurance plan pays for treatment of 11 Critical illnesses including cancer. The payment is done in the lump sum upon diagnoses of any of the specified critical illnesses during the policy term. Expenses incurred on kidney dialysis can also be claimed under this medical policy.
The plan offers a wide range of sum assured from Rs 2.5 Lakh to Rs 20 Lakh. It covers the expenses incurred on critical illnesses and surgical procedures including kidney failure requiring regular dialysis.
