    ICICI Lombard International Travel Insurance Claim Procedure

    To raise a claim under the Travel Insurance policy, you can reach out to Policybazaar or contact the insurer. You can follow these steps:

    • Immediate Notification: In case of any contingency that may need a claim, immediately notify your Assistance Service Provider appointed by the Company. You will easily find their toll-free numbers, Fax Numbers, or Email.
    • Register the Claim: After providing your identity, register the claim with the Assistance Service Provider.
    • Gather Documents: Collect all necessary documents relevant to the specific claim, as listed under the respective benefits in the policy.
    • Submit Documents: Send the claim documents As soon as you return to India, unless the Company or Assistance Service Provider requires them earlier. This should be done no later than 30 days from the date of your return.
    • Claim Submission: Submit claims for insurance benefits no later than one month. Once all the documents have been verified, the insurer will update you about the claim status.
