Nissan, Renault, Mitsubishi Jointly Record Sale of 10.6 Million units in 2017
The triple alliance of Nissan, Renault and Mitsubishi recently revealed the sales figures of 2017. Collectively, all the three companies sold around 10.6 million units with a cumulative growth of 6.5 % last year. The recorded total sale of Groupe Renault was 3.76 million units last year.
Mitsubishi Motors accounted for 1.03 million units in 2017. And, a total of 5.81 million units were sold worldwide by Nissan in 2017.
The alliance asserts that one in every nine light commercial vehicles and passenger cars sold over the globe is from one of these three brands. 2017 proved to be a great year for Mitsubishi in terms of sales. Also, this was the first time that the motor company was fully a part of the alliance.
