• Trade: Trade between India and Portugal stood at US$1,201.41 million in 2022–23. Indian exports were valued at US$1,005.41 million, while Portuguese exports to India amounted to US$196 million, showing a strong commercial partnership.
• Investment: Indian investments in Portugal are estimated at up to US$450 million, with companies like Aurobindo Pharma (Generis), Mahindra, MGM (hotels), Sugee (real estate), WIPRO, HCL, TCS, and Zomato operating there. • Culture: Cultural ties have grown stronger since the signing of a MoU on Cultural Cooperation in June 2017 during PM Modi's visit to Portugal. Several events have been held, including art exhibitions, literary festivals, youth exchanges, and yoga sessions. A notable example was the International Day of Yoga celebration on 21 June 2023, held in front of the Belem Tower in Lisbon, where around 750 people participated.
