Why was Mukh Mantri Punjab Cancer Raahat Kosh (MMPCRK) Introduced

Prior to the introduction of MMPCRK, cancer patients in Punjab faced immense financial strain due to the high cost of diagnosis, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgeries.
