National Annual Car Liability Only Policy

The National Annual Car Liability Only policy covers a car owner against any third-party liability arising due to a road accident by an insured car. It provides coverage against third party bodily injuries/death and third-party property damages. It helps you to abide by the motor laws of India, which makes it mandatory for every car owner in India to purchase a third-party liability cover.

This plan offers unlimited coverage against third party's death or bodily injuries. However, the coverage for third-party property damage is limited to Rs. 7.5 lakh.

National Annual Car Package Policy

The Annual Car Package policy by the National Insurance Company covers loss or damage to the insured car arising due to accident, natural calamities, fire, theft, etc. The plan also covers the owner-driver of the insured car against bodily injuries or death.

Moreover, the Annual Package policy covers any third-party liability arising due to injury/death or property damage during an accident by the insured car.

Additionally, the National Insurance Company also offers:

  • 3 years liability only policy (for new vehicles purchased on or after 1st September 2018)
  • 3 years package policy (for new vehicles purchased on or after 1st September 2018)
  • A bundled policy with one-year own damage and 3-year liability cover (for new cars purchased on or after 1st September 2018)
