This discount can be availed on own damage premium by policyholders who purchase Digit comprehensive car insurance from Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited.
The discount offered is based on the following grid:

For every non-zero dep plan, a policyholder will get a discount of 7.50% if they renew their policy before 7 days of expiry or more.

Here is how you can renew your motor insurance policy from Policybazaar.com and receive a Digit early bird discount:
- Click on the “Car Insurance” tab from the homepage of the website
- Enter your car number, and it will auto-populate the details of your car if you have earlier purchased a policy from us else,
- Select your car’s RTO, make, model, variant, fuel type and registration year.
- From the given four-wheeler insurance plans, select the Digit car insurance plan with an early bird discount
- Select any add-on that you wish to include in your plan. If you select zero dep add-on, you will get an additional discount based on the above grid.
- Pay the discounted premium via online payment modes
- Once you have made the payment, your Digit four-wheeler insurance policy will be issued.
