- Contact the Insurer

- Survey of the Vehicle
After you have registered the claim, the company will arrange a surveyor to investigate and assess all damage and loss to the vehicle. The company will decide how many claims you will be paid, based on the report provided by the surveyor.
- Avail repairing service
After the survey is done, you can get your car transported or take your car to repair the company's authorized garage. Under cashless service, you are not required to pay the cost of repair. The company can bear the transportation expenses.
- Claim settlement
After the repairs have been completed, the garage will provide the invoice, which the insurance company will verify. The policyholder doesn't have to pay for repairs; however, he is required to pay compulsory and voluntary deductibles.
- Inform the Company

- Vehicle Survey and Repair
The individual can take the vehicle to the preferred garage after the survey has been conducted. The surveyor will assess the extent of damage to the car and send a report. The vehicle can be towed to the garage, and the company can pay the expense.
