Policyholders can make claims in case their car gets damaged in an accident. To be eligible for the claim, one has to pay a certain amount as a premium every year.

  • Registration certificate of the vehicle (Self-attested)
  • Driving license

  • ID/Address proofs (For loss above 1 Lakh)

Cashless Claim 

These are the processes that need to be followed for claim settlement:

  • Contact the Insurer

One has to immediately contact the company and inform them about the incident, giving all the necessary details. One can make a call on 1800-103-2292 or send an email to register the claim at claims@bharti-axagi.co.in and enquire further at customer.service@bhartiaxa.com.  

  • Survey of the Vehicle

After you have registered the claim, the company will arrange a surveyor to investigate and assess all damage and loss to the vehicle. The company will decide how many claims you will be paid, based on the report provided by the surveyor. 

  • Avail repairing service

After the survey is done, you can get your car transported or take your car to repair the company's authorized garage. Under cashless service, you are not required to pay the cost of repair. The company can bear the transportation expenses.

  • Claim settlement

After the repairs have been completed, the garage will provide the invoice, which the insurance company will verify. The policyholder doesn't have to pay for repairs; however, he is required to pay compulsory and voluntary deductibles. 

Reimbursement Claim

In case of an accident, the first step is to inform the insurer and provide all details about the incident. You may call on 1800-103-2292 or send an email to claims@bharti-axagi.co.in.

  • Vehicle Survey and Repair 

The individual can take the vehicle to the preferred garage after the survey has been conducted. The surveyor will assess the extent of damage to the car and send a report. The vehicle can be towed to the garage, and the company can pay the expense.

  • Payment of bills and reimbursement

If the garage is not listed on the insurer network, one has to pay the vehicle's repair cost. After making payments, collect all bills and documents and submit them to the company. The company will verify all details and reimburse the claim.
